Sherrica McDonald has tremendous passion for real estate and renovating residential and commercial dwellings.  Her keen eye for design helps to transcend spaces into a client’s dream home or investment property. Sherrica McDonald has been renovating residential and commercial dwellings for over 10 years. A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with B.A. in Communications, Sherrica began her career by working with real estate developers, investors, first-time homebuyers and home owners to renovate dilapidated properties in urban communities in Essex County, New Jersey.  She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.  The key to Sherrica’s success was her ability to deliver high quality, affordable designs, which allowed home owners to love their homes and developers to resell properties well above market value and turn distressed neighborhoods into thriving communities with beautiful modern homes.

Sherrica’s reputation for high quality workmanship and excellent customer service in the industry lead landlords and property managers to seek her design expertise to realize their maximum rental potential through capital improvements. In 2017, Sherrica seized this opportunity and formed Sherrica McDonald Design Center to expand her design business.

Sherrica McDonald Design Center is expanding from interior design into kitchen and bath cabinetry distribution. This new venture will allow Sherrica McDonald Design Center to be the direct supplier of cabinetry for investors, landlords, property managers and private clients.
